SYMPOSIUM coffee was established by husband & wife paul & wendy, who wanted to share their passion for coffee, local produce and great service with their local community. The haggaths are based in Aberdeenshire, where they live with their four beautiful daughters but have spent lots of time travelling the world sourcing the best coffee.
As well as their love for coffee, Paul and Wendy are passionate about local food, local produce and great service.
Over the last 19 years, SYMPOSIUM coffee has grown to include a whole team of coffee experts that are widely spread around the North East of Scotland
